Delete your account
This page is for the Nostos Fit app published by Nostia Labs. It explains how to request deletion of your account and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Nostos Fit on your phone.
- Sign in with the email and password for the account you want to delete.
- Tap Profile, bottom right.
- Scroll to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, then tap Continue.
- Type DELETE in all capitals and tap Delete account.
Deletion is permanent. You cannot undo it. Your email can be used to create a new account later. That new account starts empty.
How to request deletion by email
If you cannot open the app, email support@nostosfit.com from the same address as your Nostos Fit account. Write that you want your Nostos Fit account and associated data deleted. We will process the request and confirm by email.
What we delete
When deletion completes we permanently remove identifiable personal data for that account, including:
- Login and account: email and auth record
- Profile: name, gender, age or date of birth, height, weight, goals, experience
- Workouts, diet logs, steps, XP and progress
- Social data: username, friends, challenges tied to you
- All 360° body images, turntable frames, and derived body metrics in EU cloud storage
- Meal Scan photos and related records for that account
- Data stored on this phone for that account, including local cache and scan files
What we do not keep as your account
- We do not keep identifiable body images after account deletion.
- We do not store your payment card. Google Play is the merchant. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play if you still have one. Use Profile then Manage subscription, or Play Store then Payments and subscriptions.
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may remain for product improvement.
- If you opted in to crash reports, Sentry keeps those events only for Sentry’s normal retention window, then they expire.
- Short technical backups may exist for a brief period, then they are purged automatically.
Meal Scan: if Help improve Meal Scan was on, retained photos are deleted with the account. They are also deleted earlier if you withdraw that option in Profile then Settings. 360° images have no 12 month cap. They stay until you delete the account.
